MUSIC NEWS: @EmilyKatter "Hypnotic" 'Comfortable' Music Video Premiere on AXS!

Emily Katter is an upbeat, curly haired, pop singer-songwriter hailing from the iconic streets of Manhattan. Today Emily has teamed up with for the exclusive world premiere of her new "Comfortable" music video. The song, a powerful ballad that explores the emotions of being in a long-term relationship and keeping the flame from burning out, was co-written by fellow NYC-based singer-songwriter, Hadar Orshalimy, and co-produced by Dan "Robopop" Omelio, (Maroon 5, Gym Class Heroes, Lana Del Rey) and Eli Menezes (Lauren Hill, Trey Songz, Estelle). Emily enlisted the help of director, Aaron Katter, director of photography, Clair Popkin and hair and makeup artist, Victoria Evigan, to create the stunning video. Last week Emily hosted a video release party in which she also raised over $600 to benefit Musicians On Call, an organization that brings musicians into hospitals to perform at patients bedside. Contributions were more than enough to fund live music in one hospital room for a year!

"'Comfortable' is about being in a long-term relationship and getting to a point where you don't really know if you are still "in love," or if it is just being comfortable that keeps you together. It's about trying to keep that spark alive when it's covered up by familiarity. This song is important to me because I've been in this situation, as I know many people in long-term relationships have been at one point or another.  I hope people will relate to the song and realize that we all go through similar experiences." - Emily Katter
