New York's buzzing, brash punk newcomers Heeney have premiered a new song called "In The Mind" today at  Additionally, the band has announced a handful of West Coast tour dates that are happening this week.

Heeney is a punk rock band born and raised in New York City that formed in 2013 and consists of Max Kagan (Vocals/Guitar), Mark Fletcher (Vocals/Guitar), Scott Andrews (Vocals/Bass), and John Spencer (Drums). Over the course of the year, Heeney has played extensively throughout the city with the likes of The So So Glos, Lost Boy?, and Titus Andronicus among others.
Earlier this year, Heeney set New York's underground punk scene on fire with their game-chagning demo track "New York City" and performed several instrumental, jaw-dropping shows, including a mind-blowing set at Shea Stadium in Brooklyn, that turned the scene on it's head.
Following the release of their new song "In The Mind," Heeney will continue to write and record new material for their debut release out later this year. The band will also make their first trip to the West Coast for a few select dates, which includes two nights in Los Angeles at 5 Star Bar on July 1st and The Satellite on July 2nd.
