GOO GOO DOLLS PERFORM NEW SINGLE "COME TO ME" ON THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH CRAIG FERGUSON TONIGHT.

Goo Goo Dolls are performing their new single "Come To Me" on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson tonight on CBS at 12:35am ET/PT. The track, from their 10th studio album Magnetic, impacts at radio on Tuesday, July 23rd. Star 102.5 Radio declared "'Come To Me' is simply a POWERFUL acoustic ballad, with hints of The Beatles' 'Girl'" and Pop Matters stated "'Come To Me' raises the bar." The Hollywood Reporter agrees, calling the song "swoon-worthy."

Magnetic was released June 11, 2013 and debuted at #8 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart, with almost 29k sold first week. The Buffalo trio celebrated the album's release with a performance on Good Morning America, and they have recently appeared on The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kelly & Michael and Rachael Ray.

The multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated band is in the midst of a largely sold-out co-headline tour with Matchbox 20, which runs through August. Fans can get a look behind the scenes when "E!'S Inside Track Summer Concert Series" segment on the tour airs on E! News July 26th at 7 and 11:30 PM ET/PT. Visit http://www.eonline.com/news/summer_concert_series for more info. UK fans will also get a chance to see the band: they begin a headline run there on October 15th.

Goo Goo Dolls have sold over 10 million albums worldwide, with 14 Top 10 Radio hits, more than any other artist in the history of the Hot AC format. They are the only artist to have three songs on Billboard's "Top 100 Songs from 1992-2012" including the Number One slot, for "Iris." John Rzeznik has been honored with the Songwriters Hall of Fame Hal David Starlight Award and they were recently inducted into Guitar Center's Historic Hollywood Rock Walk.
